As the enterprise transforms digitally, P2P organizations find themselves in the middle of their own transformation.  While Top Performing companies are embracing emerging technologies and driving strategic value, many groups still struggle with end to end automation across the supplier and user base.  More than ever, fundamental technology and information capabilities are critical to support enterprise success.

In this 2019 update of our P2P Performance Study Readout, we'll focus on the factors that differentiate Top Performers and the gaps still to be overcome in this transactional but critical process. The Hackett Group will share key findings from their 2019 P2P study including P2P KPIs and you'll hear a little about Ivalua procure-to-pay software.
