Wayne has over 22 years of IT experience and has been an IT Vendor Management and Outsourcing professional for over 18 years. Wayne’s experience includes leading VMOs in several companies and managing or contributing to the establishment of VMOs in over 9 companies across the globe.
Wayne is also a former Naval Aviator with over 10 years of active Naval service.
Wayne is a graduate of the Ohio State University (Bachelor of Science, Aviation Engineering, Cum Laude) and he has a Master’s Degree in Strategic Intelligence from Joint Military Intelligence College.
