Stephanie A. Smith is Vice President and Director of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion, for Fifth Third Bank.
As the Director of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion, Ms. Smith has responsibility for developing a best-in-class supplier diversity program for the Bancorp, which includes creating and maintaining processes and documentation that are compliant with Federal regulatory requirements. As a key member of the Strategic Sourcing Leadership Team, she proactively participates in planning activities leverages resources and works to identify and assess sourcing opportunities; while simultaneously growing the bank's presence within the community of diverse suppliers.
Ms. Smith has more than 25 year’s experience in the financial services industry and has held various roles at Fifth Third Bank; including, Commercial Relationship Manager, Business Banking Relationship Manager, Retail Financial Center Manager, Community & Economic Development Manager, and Foundation Program Officer.
