Executive Roundtable with SAP Fieldglass: External Labor Spend is Growing Rapidly, but Undermanaged. Is it on Your Radar?

Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - 12:00

A versatile, flexible workforce is critical to fueling business continuity and agility. But if you can’t see it, you can’t manage it. This Executive Roundtable will kick off with our research from Oxford Economics that shows the external workforce is 42% of labor spend, yet only 35% of companies have technology to manage their contingent workforce. Be part of the discussion to hear the lessons learned from leaders, how you can gain more visibility, better manage your risk, and boost ROI from this critical spend category.

Michele leads the TD Securities' Global Third Party Management Office with a mandate to manage TD Securities' third party risk and spend proactively, centralize third party management, and implement an operating model aligned with rapidly changing regulatory requirements.
