Proactive Governance Driven by Data and Analytics

Current governance frameworks are built around traditional sourcing models using labor rate cards to measure performance against contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements). But traditional governance models have limitations. While they have contributed to the overall efficiency of workflow processes, businesses cannot rely anymore on traditional models that may be susceptible to subjective analysis and have a reactive approach. Risk managers often overlook the power of information that comes from data. This session elaborated on how to manage information and leverage analytics.
