We are looking for a supplier to do vendor management data cleansing. As we try to bring multiple business units together we want to have a clean supplier database. We know that the different business units with different ERP systems probably have many of the same suppliers.
1. Has your organization completed, or do you have any experience with Vendor management data cleansing? If yes, what firm did you contract with to complete this process?
2. How did you get started and gather requirements?
3. Do you have a scope of work, or capabilities questionnaire you could share?
4. How did you qualify firms for the work? Did you request demonstrations? Proof of concepts? Run a pilot?
5. How did you structure the pricing schedule?
