This SIG member from the buy-side would like some insight on building contracts.
1) If your company is a large entity with thousands of locations, such as a Bank where branches and services routinely change, do you amend your contracts to keep them current with location and service changes?
2) Do you manage these changes within your contracts, your real estate system, your procurement system or through another mechanism?
3) If managed through your contracts, what are your challenges to keep these contracts current given with every location change, a number of service contracts would require amending (for example, Janitorial, Snow & Landcare, etc.).
4) If not managed directly through contracts, please expand upon your process and the mechanisms for capturing this information.
