This SIG member from the buy-side is interested in benchmarking on diversity language in facilities management contracts of all types (i.e. building management (janitorial supplies), cafeteria (food and supplies), moving vendors (supplies).
- Do you include supplier diversity terms or clauses in your contracts with facilities management (third and fourth party) providers?
- Can you provide a sample of the language you use and where (to what services or goods are they applied?)
- Does your company require inclusion of this language based on a spend amount threshold and if yes, what is that amount?
- Does your company require your awarded providers to purchase a certain percentage of spend from diverse suppliers? If yes, what is that percentage?
