Contingent Labor: Mark-Up Rates for Agency Sourced Talent

We are currently evaluating managed service providers for our contingent workforce program and evaluating markups for recruited contractors.

  1. If you are using an MSP to manage your contingent workforce, could you provide the markup range that you incur for resources that are brought in through a recruiting agency?
  2. Also, how do you manage/reduce this markup without compromising on the quality of resources?
