We are seeking good measurements of first time quality in sourcing/procurement.
Specifically, we are looking for something that helps show the value of having professionals overseeing the process to reduce risk and avoid escapes, unnecessary change orders, value leakage, and the like. A challenge is that oftentimes poor quality isn't revealed until something happens months or years down the road, so something that's both measurable and timely is important.
If structured properly this measure should help advance our journey from paper-pushers toward trusted consultants in the eyes of our stakeholders.
