Bruce is in his 40th year in the human capital industry and is well known as a global workforce design and talent acquisition expert. He has designed, implemented and managed some of the largest resourcing solutions across many different parts of the globe and has been recognized as HR Thought Leader of the Year by HRO both in EMEA and here in the US. He has also just published a book ‘Redesigning the Way Work Works’ so check that out on Amazon. In his current role, Bruce serves as AGS’ Global Head of Strategy. Bruce concentrates on adding increased value to AGS’ clients via new services and product-idea generation, internal and external thought leadership, and serving as a face to the industry through conferences and speaking engagements.
Stakeholder and Supplier Relationship Management is critical to achieving overall procurement performance results; and supplier relationships are only as strong as stakeholder relationships. For procurement to achieve next level stakeholder management success, procurement will need to level up the game.
Dawn Tiura, CEO and President of SIG, SIG University and Future of Sourcing digital publication, has more than 26 years of leadership experience, with the past 22 years focused on the sourcing and outsourcing industry. In 2007, Dawn joined SIG as CEO, but has been active in SIG as a speaker and trusted advisor since 1999, bringing the latest developments in sourcing and outsourcing to SIG members. Prior to joining SIG, Dawn held leadership positions as CEO of Denali Group and before that as a partner in a CPA firm. Dawn is actively involved on a number of boards promoting civic, health and children's issues in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Dawn is a licensed CPA and has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in taxation from Golden Gate University. Dawn brings to SIG a culture of brainstorming and internal innovation.
