Dawn Tiura, CEO and President of SIG, SIG University and Future of Sourcing digital publication, has more than 26 years of leadership experience, with the past 22 years focused on the sourcing and outsourcing industry. In 2007, Dawn joined SIG as CEO, but has been active in SIG as a speaker and trusted advisor since 1999, bringing the latest developments in sourcing and outsourcing to SIG members. Prior to joining SIG, Dawn held leadership positions as CEO of Denali Group and before that as a partner in a CPA firm. Dawn is actively involved on a number of boards promoting civic, health and children's issues in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Dawn is a licensed CPA and has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in taxation from Golden Gate University. Dawn brings to SIG a culture of brainstorming and internal innovation.

Canda Rozier is the Founder and President of Collabra Consulting. In addition she serves as an Advisor to Per Angusta, and is an active member of Tenzing Consulting’s Expert Network.

She was most recently SVP (CPO)  Global Procurement & Real Estate, at NTT Security, with responsibility for strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, cost reduction & spend management projects, and vendor contract negotiations, as well as all global real estate and facilities.

With over 30 years industry experience, Canda was previously Chief Procurement Officer and SVP Global Real Estate at First Data Corporation, where she led the centralization and globalization of strategic sourcing/procurement and the operational transformation of real estate/facilities management worldwide, and had a senior role in the $29B private buyout of FDC.

Previous roles have included senior positions at Unisys/Burroughs and American Express. Canda has served on the Advisory Board for the Sourcing Industry Group (SIG), and is based in Colorado with a BA from Davidson College. She is a Certified Intelligent Automation Professional (CIAP).  She‘s  a frequent contributor to sourcing industry publications, and speaks at industry conferences and events globally, and is a 2019 Sourcing Star Award Winner of the SIG Future of Sourcing Award.
