Key Metrics for the Contingent Workforce

This report describes the performance measurements for managing contingent labor spend. It includes operational metrics such as value-oriented elements (ability to hire niche talent, quality of hire, experience, etc.) and administrative elements (errors, compliance), cost savings factors (rate card savings, bill rate rationalization, etc.) as well as metrics used to measure the impact of the program (stakeholder satisfaction, supplier performance, etc.).
