Dawn Tiura, CEO and President of SIG, SIG University and Future of Sourcing digital publication, has more than 26 years of leadership experience, with the past 22 years focused on the sourcing and outsourcing industry. In 2007, Dawn joined SIG as CEO, but has been active in SIG as a speaker and trusted advisor since 1999, bringing the latest developments in sourcing and outsourcing to SIG members. Prior to joining SIG, Dawn held leadership positions as CEO of Denali Group and before that as a partner in a CPA firm. Dawn is actively involved on a number of boards promoting civic, health and children's issues in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Dawn is a licensed CPA and has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in taxation from Golden Gate University. Dawn brings to SIG a culture of brainstorming and internal innovation.

Amy Fong is a Vice President in Everest Group’s Sourcing and Vendor Management practice. In this role, she advises enterprises on maximizing value from strategic provider relationships in outsourced services categories. Amy has more than 20 years of experience in industry, consulting, and advising with a focus on procurement, supply chain and organizational effectiveness. She has authored numerous publications and speaks frequently on source to pay process improvement and managing complex supply chain partnerships. Amy currently sits on the advisory board for the Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) and the Solution Provider Council for Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
Prior to joining Everest Group, she was a Senior Advisor and Program Leader with The Hackett Group’s Procurement Advisory Program. Previously she held various industry and consulting roles with Hewlett Packard, Sonoco Products Company, and Archstone Consulting. Amy holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS from Syracuse University.
As co-founder of Everest Group’s research practice – and with a broad and varied career in the global services industry – Michel offers profound insights and analysis to enterprises and service providers alike. Leveraging his extensive experience identifying and understanding emerging trends, Michel helps organizations to maximize their global services efforts. Michel is particularly noted for his ability to posit clever and challenging ideas based on his fact-based insights from across business and IT processes, sourcing models, and industries. Michel also contributes to Everest Group’s topical thought leadership in the EGInsights video series, in which he and other leaders share quick takes on hot topics, fresh data, and insights derived from many of the firm’s best analysts.
Everest Group welcomed Michel back in 2017, after a successful decade serving as Chief Research Officer at The Hackett Group and Market Track. In his current incarnation, Michel is responsible for guiding the practice’s research agenda and architecture, and aligning its capabilities with the market’s disruptive changes and next-generation demands.
Michel is a current member of the IAOP Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) where he offers insights to help shape the direction of the association.
Jimit Arora leads Everest Group’s practice focused on serving enterprise customers. This responsibility spans Everest Group’s research offerings focused on executives in IT, sourcing & vendor management, and shared services.
Jimit manages a team of analysts dedicated to serving clients (primarily Fortune 500 companies) on a variety of issues related to their technology and sourcing estates through a combination of published research and custom decision-support engagements. Jimit has significant expertise working with financial services, healthcare and hi-tech enterprises on issues such as sourcing strategy, service provider selection, digital transformation, portfolio optimization, global delivery locations, and risk management.
Most recently, Jimit led Everest Group’s IT Services research practice where he helped launch and scale vertical-specific research practices that are focused on banking & financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences.
Rahul Gehani is a Partner at Everest Group and a member of the pricing assurance team. He assists clients on topics related to price and contract benchmarking, strategic engagement reviews, and sourcing cost rationalization. As one of the team’s founding members, Rahul helped grow its capabilities across IT applications, infrastructure, and in various Business Process Services (BPS) segments.
Prior to Everest Group, Rahul held similar roles within other organizations, including setting up the benchmarking and sourcing advisory centre of excellence at Wavestone and program management at Goldman Sachs and Cognizant. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelor’s degree from Punjab Engineering College.
