How is Your Organization Achieving Effective Spend Analysis?
In times of crisis, knowing where you spend your money is critical to understanding where you can achieve value and cut costs. Those of us in procurement acknowledge that spend analysis is critical to the function’s success, but this remains one of the more difficult activities to do well and to get procurement teams to utilize the data and tools designed to make sense of the data. Join this important peer discussion as we explore the following topics to share best practices, or perhaps next practices, to strengthen and grow your procurement teams spend strategies. We ask that you offer your input on the following:
- How have you determined the best taxonomy to use?
- How have you achieved accurate categorization of spend data?
- How have you ensured that the data captured is detailed enough to be meaningful?
- How have you overcome the shortcomings of each of the above challenges?
Through executive-level discussion we aim to shed light on this critical topic. Join the conversation and learn from your industry peer experts.
