Activision Blizzard is a leading publisher of video games and a distributor of interactive entertainment. Due to the nature of Activision's business model, the company attracts a high level of very creative, very intelligent talent resources. However, ensuring the right balance between pure creative genius and any kind of discipline around cost management is a very difficult task.
