Due to the nature of Activision's business model, the company attracts a high level of very creative, very intelligent talent resources. However, ensuring the right balance between pure creative genius and any kind of discipline around cost management is a very difficult task. This session aims to offer lessons learned and results to date from building a strategic sourcing approach in a highly creative no-mandate environment.
