Guidelines for Conducting Surveys and Assessments

Use this tool as a guideline for building a survey to send to your internal clients and assess your Sourcing department's performance. This document addresses how to scope, develop, test, distribute and analyze your survey. It includes tips and best practices on formatting and communicating your survey. You will also find information on how to provide incentives for participating in your survey.
