As a business development executive, Jaclyn Miehle brings more than 11 years of human capital industry experience to AGS, joining the company in April 2016. As a member of the business development team, Jackie focuses on delivering client-focused solutions to a variety of clients via SIGMA, AGS’ purpose-built solution for the small to mid-sized MSP market.
Jackie began her staffing career as an employment specialist for a brain injury rehabilitation company, ReMed. Within this role, Jackie helped to achieve the organization’s mission of providing vocational therapy services to clients, ranging from initial and ongoing assessments of clients to determine appropriate methods/selection of vocational strategies and services. Working with the interdisciplinary treatment team, Jackie helped develop and implement therapy sessions to meet client’s needs and goals.
Shortly afterwards, Jackie started her eleven-year journey with Allegis Group—serving as a commercial recruiter, and then being promoted to an account executive and strategic account executive at Aerotek. As an account executive, Jackie was responsible for developing new accounts, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional service. She also trained and managed a recruiting team to ensure program goals were achieved, and developed a strategic delivery model to ensure Aerotek’s large Philadelphia-market clients received enhanced service. As a strategic account executive, Jackie focused on developing client-specific strategies in critical areas regarding account retention, delivery, and expansion. She also developed and carried out a national strategy and delivery plan for select healthcare clients, and customized a team to best support client programs. Furthermore, Jackie revolutionized the way Aerotek supports its clients by identifying a gap in services for healthcare clients, and creating a role to enhance service compliance that was later implemented across other verticals/client portfolios.
In her current role, Jackie serves as an integral role on our SIGMA business development team—qualifying and assessing new opportunities, and validating that our SIGMA solution fits our client’s business requirements. Serving as a consultative partner for clients looking to evolve their workforce program, Jackie helps identify business pains, develop solutions, and implement strategies that align to key initiatives and positive business outcomes. Her experience working with complex client programs in cross-functional roles has prepared Jackie for the position she holds today.
Jackie received her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from West Chester University. She lives in the greater Philadelphia area with her husband and daughter.
