A Blueprint for Getting Started With Robotic Process Automation

Robotic process automation (RPA) has rapidly moved to the top of the business services agenda, driven by unprecedented savings potential and other benefits. The potential to realize immediate savings within a narrow scope makes it tempting to focus on such individual opportunities.
