As a continuation of our celebration of diversity and inclusion this year and Women's History Month, we bring you part 2 of our Women's History Spotlight.

Purvee Kondal

Purvee Kondal is a Senior Director at Globality, an advisory board member at RampRate, a Nomination Committee member for the Athena Rising Foundation Fellowship, an Athena Alliance member, and a National Association of Corporate Directors Accelerate program participant.

She is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience leading transformational changes at notable organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Capgemini, General Electric, and Ross Stores.

Emily Rakowski

Emily Rakowski is the Chief Marketing Officer at EcoVadis. Emily brings over 20 years’ experience in high-tech marketing and consulting to EcoVadis. She previously spent many years in global marketing and demand management roles with both SAP and Ariba. Also, she is a SIG Advisory Board member.

Padmini Ranganathan

Padmini Ranganathan is Global Vice President, Product Strategy, SAP Procurement solutions. In this role, she leads a team of experts focused on watching emerging trends and helping shape the future of digital and sustainable procurement. Throughout her 25+ year career journey, Padmini has been a passionate advocate for bringing technology to business users that simplifies and enriches their daily work and decision making.

Rendi Miller

With 20 years in Sourcing and Procurement, Rendi has extensive experience in building and structuring Source-to-Pay and Travel and Expense programs. She has a depth of experience in simplifying processes and delivering value and innovation to the enterprise.

Shannon Kreps

With more than 20 years of experience in source-to-pay solutions and generating operational insights grounded in data analytics, Shannon is vice president of Product Marketing at Medius, a global supplier of cloud-based source-to-pay solutions with more than 3,000 customers worldwide.

Tania Seary

Tania Seary is one of the most global, influential members of the procurement and supply chain profession. She is the founder and chairman of Procurious, the world’s first online social network designed specifically for procurement and supply chain professions. Procurious is a culmination of Seary’s long-held belief that improved resources are critical to the progression of the procurement profession globally.

Ingrid Fenn

Ingrid brings more than a decade of major multinational corporate real estate and facilities management expertise to her strategic and operational leadership of SIREAS.

She works directly with the real estate and executive leadership of SIREAS’ corporate clients in designing strategic plans to cost-effectively meet their business goals.

Amrita Tahiliani Joshi

Amrita’s global business experience in the technology industry spans a breadth of roles, from CEO to CMO to globalization consultant. Amrita has held several permanent and interim CMO positions in companies that focus on next generation technology products and services. Amrita is currently the CMO of App Orchid, an AI enterprise platform company that focuses on the Energy & Utilities, Insurance and Healthcare industries.

Neha is the Vice President of Marketing at Utmost, the first Extended Workforce System. With over 15 years of experience in the contingent workforce and HR tech industry, Neha joined Utmost in 2020 to help drive brand awareness and demand for the company's award-winning solution.

Susan Walsh

With nearly a decade of experience fixing your dirty data, Susan Walsh is The Classification Guru.

She brings clarity and accuracy to data and procurement; helps teams work more effectively and efficiently; and cuts through the jargon to address the issues of dirty data and its consequences in an entertaining and engaging way.

Frenchie Green

Frenchie Green is part of the Finance Strategic Planning Team at Nike, where she is responsible for identifying and leading global finance initiatives.  Her work includes transformation of finance processes and technology, organization strategy and design to drive operational effectiveness and scalability.

Amanda Prochaska

Amanda has built a career over the last 15 years focused on implementing innovative solutions to procurement organizations and has a passion for coaching organizations through large-scale transformations. She is the Founder & Chief Wonder Officer of Wonder Services.
