Preparing for Sales and Use Tax in Sourcing Contracts, presented by Mayer Brown

Imagine negotiating the perfect sourcing contract only to find out that sales and use tax of up to 10 percent of the contract price could be due. Sweeping changes to sales tax laws occurred in 2018. This webinar will discuss how certain technology arrangements (e.g., SaaS and IaaS) are taxed, along with the biggest change in 2018—which states could impose sales or use tax on a transaction.
