Please join the discussion Co-Facilitated by Dawn Tiura, President & CEO, SIG alongside Alex Yakubovich, Vice President, Scout RFP, a Workday Company. Feel free to share your discussion topics with the group. Some of the topics to explore will include:
- Shifting from being reactive to proactive as we move into the second half of this very unpredictable year
- Pipeline visibility and process transparency - how has working remotely affected these? Do you have tools to support these?
- Prioritizing empathy and human connection when working with internal teams and with suppliers/vendors
- Since many of us are starting with a "clean slate" in terms of processes, what parts of your process do you want to leave behind / what new ideas do you want to introduce?
