Greg Tennyson is a recognized global executive with extensive experience leading transformative change across a wide range of organizations including operations, procurement, customer support, supply chain, shared services, finance and contracts for Fortune 500 companies. He is currently the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at VSP Global and was previously the CPO at Salesforce.com and Oracle Corporation with global source-to-settle and travel-to-expense responsibilities.
Greg has his MS in Management and is credentialed by the Sourcing Interest Group. Previously he held his ISM C.P.M. and NCMA CPCM credentials. He was recognized in 2004 & 2008 by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine “Pros to Know”. He was on the cover of ISM, April 2008. He is a founding member of the Bay Area Procurement Council, comprised of Silicon Valley and Northern California procurement executives. He sits on a number advisory boards for emerging high-tech companies.
Arash Rad is an Innovative and results driven strategic leader with extensive experience in establishing and re-engineering global strategic sourcing, procurement and supply chain operations. Strong business acumen, negotiating skills and exceptional ability to translate organizational goals into strategic and operations plans. Successfully delivered year over year savings and program improvements including stakeholder satisfaction and vendor performance. Proven track record in effective leadership, driving transformation and impacting the performance of Fortune 500, midsize and entrepreneurial companies. he is a graduate of the Lincoln University School of Law and the CPO of eBay.
“Pradip joined Blue Shield in March 2009 and in his current role since mid-2013 is the Senior Director, Global Business Services, the department within the Finance organization that has the corporate capabilities, processes and community of practice to deliver strategic sourcing, culture of affordability and supplier governance excellence at Blue Shield and Care1st.
Pradip has 23 years of international business experience with diverse expertise in business process sourcing strategy, supplier governance and performance management, process delivery excellence, marketing and sales. Over the past decade and a half, he has developed and executed global sourcing strategies, built robust and sustainable supplier relationship management practice across a broad multifunctional scope and industries to drive value creation. Prior to Blue Shield, Pradip was the Vice President, Performance and Relationship Management at Washington Mutual Bank Card Services (A division of JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.) for new card acquisition, card activation and enhancement products sales through the outsourced phone and reply card channels.
In his first organization he worked for after graduating in Engineering, Pradip grew through the ranks to reach the position of the Senior Vice President, United States for GTL Limited, a publicly traded company in India to lead the business process outsourcing strategy, sales development and operations for GTL businesses across the continents of the Americas and Europe, along with service delivery out of the offshore locations in India.
Pradip has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics Design Technology from India and is a certified Six Sigma DMAIC Champion.”
