Rudy is a global strategic sourcing leader who has an outstanding record implementing innovative procurement solutions to maximize supplier performances, raise spend compliance, manage transformation and build a sustainable environment for both small firms and Fortune 500 leaders.
Today, Rudy is at Visa as the Director Global Sourcing, managing a team that oversees over $600M in spend across various Corporate and Employee services and contributed towards an excess of $150M realized savings in 2017. As a result, Rudy was recognized as one of the top performers and promoted to the Visa Procurement Leadership Team reporting the CPO directly.
Prior to Visa, Rudy was the Managing Director of Global Procurement at Colliers International for six years, where he completed ground-up development of corporate strategy and global procurement infrastructure. Rudy was responsible for creating and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, procurement policies and processes and oversaw global vendor programs. He transformed in-house services into best-of-class, enhanced spend control, risk management and recurring saving generation. Other areas of expertise include Six Sigma, supplier management, lean assessments, complex project management, contract modifications, strategic sourcing initiates and policy development. Rudy has a long record in various categories including travel and entertainment, marketing technology HR, finance and legal.
Larry Jablinske is the AVP/Director of Procurement for Symetra Life Insurance Company. He is responsible for all spend categories at Symetra, he seeks to apply a long-held dedication to sustainable and responsible sourcing. He also leads Symetra’s Enterprise Vendor Management Program and Records Management Program. His career has primarily been on the buy side, where he managed direct and indirect spend in the finance and insurance industries. Larry also spent more than a decade in vendor relationship management. He has led teams through multiple reengineering processes, automation upgrades, and cost reduction opportunities. Larry holds a BA from the University of Washington, and certification in Project Management.
As a 20+ year veteran at Microsoft, Mike has served the company in various procurement and outsourcing roles. He currently leads Microsoft Procurement as the company’s Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), a global organization of250+ employees across 32 countries, driving over $1B in cost savings annually. Mike is passionate about people, whom he considers any organization’s most important and valued asset. He has traveled extensively worldwide to negotiate deals, deploy contact centers, manage his global organizations, and drive continuous improvement strategies. Mike has achieved significant business results over many years, spanning cost savings, operational efficiency gains, supplier consolidation, compliance, and customer satisfaction wins. Prior to Microsoft, Mike worked in the Aerospace industry in various global business leadership roles. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, with BS in Engineering. Away from the office, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, and pursuing his personal passions which include boating, fishing, motorcycles, and music.
