She is Chair, Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) Thought Leaders Council, and Co-Chair, Third-Party Risk Management Working Council; Advisory Board Member, Shared Assessment Group; long-serving Judge for Outsourcing Center’s Global Outsourcing Excellence Awards; Member, CIO Executive Leadership Council (UK); and Lecturer, Center for Outsourcing Research and Education (CORE).

Her new book “Third Party Management – What You Should Know”, published by RMA, is available on Amazon. She is a popular speaker and regulator contributor to leading industry publications including the Wall Street Journal and RMA Journal. Russell Kempf is a seasoned Financial Services Executive with over 20 years of experience with managing Operational Risk within the first line of defense.  He currently works at MUFG Unionbank as a Group Risk Manager responsible for executing Business Unit Risk & Control responsibilities across multiple lines of business.  Prior to working at MUFG he spent time at DTCC within Operational Risk focused on building the Third Party Risk Management program.  The majority of his career was spent with UBS Financial Services where he held multiple roles across the Bank focused on risk management, internal control, and process standardization.

Andrew Moyad, Director, leads the RQA Vendor Risk Management team at BlackRock.  His team is responsible for the assessment, due diligence, and oversight of high-risk suppliers supporting BlackRock businesses globally.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2010, Mr. Moyad was a Senior Vice President at Citigroup and worked in a variety of technology-related and control roles in support of the institutional client business from 2003 to 2010.  Before Citigroup, he worked as a Director at a variety of US technology and engineering services firms in New York and Washington, DC involved in sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier risk management.
