Allan Katz is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Guggenheim Securities.  Allan joined Guggenheim Partners in May 2012 where he established the firm’s Strategic Sourcing and Expense Management function.  In June 2013, he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Guggenheim Securities.  Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Allan held senior planning and analysis, business strategy, and expense management roles at Citigroup, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch.  He graduated with a BA in Accounting from Binghamton University and a MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.  Allan is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a FINRA Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) certification.

As the CPO for Suez in North America, Bart is responsible for driving sustainable cost-out, supplier quality and system efficiency in the source to pay cycle.

Bart joined Suez in 2016 as the Chief Procurement Officer for the North American operations.

Prior to this, Bart was the global CPO for the 2.5B$ GE Water & Process Technologies business. Bart worked in various commercial and consultancy roles, from productivity and e-procurement consulting to product management in the chemical industry before starting his procurement career with ArvinMeritor, a tier 1 automotive supplier, as Director Global Procurement.

Bart has an Industrial Engineering Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Group T in Leuven (Belgium) and a MBA from the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
