AGCO Corporation

Aaron drives global purchasing strategy and helps create value for internal and external customers. His extensive manufacturing knowledge helps create and realize cost saving opportunities. He covers a wide variety of commodities and provides active purchasing negotiation support. Prior to AGCO, Aaron was a Manufacturing Engineer for several years.

Bill Sedoff

Director, Global Indirect Sourcing

Bill Sedoff is Director, Global Indirect Procurement at Ecolab with responsibility for the HR and Fleet categories.

In his current role, he provides leadership, direction and development of the negotiation strategy and execution for Ecolab’s HR organization inclusive of Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Temp Labor, Training, Payroll and Compensation.    He is also responsible for the Fleet category consisting of 13,000 Sales and Service vehicles for North America inclusive of operations as well as negotiation strategy for OEM and Fleet management outsourcing.

Previously, Bill led the Global IT Sourcing category for 6 years where he built out the function with new processes and disciplines for the sourcing of Software, Hardware, Services and Telecom.  He implemented an MSP and VMS strategy for IT contingent labor associated with IT Development, Infrastructure, and business line contingent technology resources.

Prior to joining Ecolab in 2010, Bill worked at Target for 22 years in various roles including; Accounting, Audit, Supply Chain, IT and his final 6 years in Technology Acquisition where he created and implemented a software maintenance and service renewal process that netted multi-million dollar savings for the organization. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting.
